Additional attic space in the dollhouse can also be made into any kind of room your child desires (furniture and dolls not included). Why use Rubberwood? Our Victorian Dollhouse is manufactured from natural rubberwood from rubber trees that no longer produce latex after 25 years.

Because pesticides are rarely used in rubberwood plantations because the trees are not primary targets for infestation. Farmers only use fertilizer on trees that are 20-22 years old, after that age farmers will stop adding fertilizer to the soil 3 years prior to removing rubber trees in order to save cost but still tapping the latex for another 3 years.

This procedure will naturally clean up chemicals in the rubberwood before it is used for toy production. PlanToys is the first manufacturer of wooden toys in the world to use reclaimed rubberwood. We upcycle the rubber trees from being burned to make wooden toys.

Our toys mostly are biodegradable because they made from wood, use non-toxic colors, and no chemicals that harmful to humans and the environment.
